Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation offering a wintertime edition of its popular Women’s Outdoor Weekend • Outdoor Canada

Girls who get pleasure from winter and need to be taught extra about frosty outside pursuits are in luck—the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation is now providing a wintertime version of its widespread Girls’s Outside Weekend (WOW) program, which already contains spring and fall periods.

Slated to happen on the Hannin Creek Training and Utilized Analysis Centre this March 28 to 30, the winter WOW will function a wholly new line-up of actions, says the SWF’s director of public outreach and training, Courtney Devins. Along with the workshops, the price covers lodging and meals. “We’re very blessed to have 10 absolutely renovated, heated cabins,” Devins says. “There’s a completely useful eating corridor with a private chef on web site who cooks the vast majority of our meals.”
